盐酸戊乙奎醚取代阿托品救治有机磷农药中毒的临床分析

摘    要:目的:观察盐酸戊乙奎醚取代阿托品救治急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)的临床疗效,为临床救治有机磷农药中毒提供一种简便有效、安全可靠的新方法。方法:将115例急性有机磷农药中毒患者按中毒程度分为轻、中、重度,随机分为盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗组(58例)与阿托品治疗组(57例),并配合氯解磷定治疗,对两组的临床疗效进行对比性分析。结果:盐酸戊乙奎醚治疗组中毒症状持续时间较阿托品治疗组明显缩短(P〈0.05);治愈率明显高于阿托品治疗组,而死亡率、住院时间、阿托品中毒人数、均较阿托品治疗组明显降低或缩短(P〈0.05);用药次数较阿托品治疗组明显减少(P〈0.05)。结论:盐酸戊乙奎醚救治急性有机磷农药中毒简便有效、安全可靠,是较为理想的新型抗胆碱药物,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hydrochloride penehyclidine ether replacing atropine in the treatment of acute organic pesticide poisoning (AOPP), to provide a simple and effective, safe and reliable new method for clinical treatment of AOPP. Method For 115 AOPP poisoning patients were divided into light, medium and severe group by the extent of poisoning, and divided into hydrochloric acid penehyclidine ether treatment group (n=58) and atropine treatment group (n=57) randomly, using with pralidoxime chloride treatment, and then to have comparative analysis the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results The duration of poisoning symptoms of hydrochloride penehyclidine ether treatment group was significantly shortened than atropine treatment group (P<0.05); and cure rate was significantly higher than that of atropine treatment group, and mortality, length of stay, the number of atropine poisoning were all significantly lower or reduced (P<0.05); the times of drug treatment was also significantly reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion Hydrochloride penehyclidine ether is a simple and effective, safe and reliable medicine in the treatment of acute pesticide poisoning, is a more ideal new anticholinergic drugs, which is worthy of using in clinical application.
