实验性急性坏死性胰腺炎时胰腺对肠外营养的内分泌反应

目前营养支持是治疗急性胰腺炎的有效手段之一。作者利用主胰管内注入４％牛黄胆酸０．５ｍｌ／ｋｇ及胰蛋白酶０．５ｍｌ／ｋｇ混和液的方法，诱发犬的急性出血坏死性胰腺炎。测定２次输注肠外营养（ＰＮ）后，血清胰岛素，胰高糖素、淀粉酶及血糖的水平，观察胰腺炎初期胰腺的内分泌功能变化。实验证明，人工引发急性胰腺炎后，血清胰岛素，胰高糖素和淀粉酶平均水平均升高，但胰高糖素和淀粉酶的升高无显著性，且与ＰＮ输注无关。

PANCREATIC ENDOCRINE RESPONSE TO PARENTERAL NUTRITION IN EXPERIMENTAL ACUTE PANCREATITIS

In order to study the pancreatic endocrinc response to parenteral nutrition (PN)in acute pancreatitis,the disease was induced in dogs by injecting 4% taurocholatesodium 0.5 ml/kg plus trypsin 0.5mg/kg in to the pancreatic duct.Intravenous infu-Bion of PN was initiated one hour after the establishment of the disease and continu-ed for 12 hours. After a gap of 12 hours,another PN infusion was administered for12 hours,Serum insulin, glucagon,glucose,and amylase were determincd during eachPN infusion. It was found that the mean level of insulin,glucagon and amylasewere all elevated after the inducement of acute pancreatitis, but the elevation of glu-cagon and amylase was not statistically significant and bore no relationship with PN.The elcvation of scrum insulin level was remarkable during the first PN infusion butthe serum insulin level during the second PN infusion was much lower than thatduring the first period.This suggests that the impairment of pancreatic. endocrinefunction occurs shortly (22 hours)after the onset of acute pancreatitis.
