| 摘 要： | 目的观察参麦注射液治疗支气管肺炎合并心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将82例支气管肺炎合并心力衰竭患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予常规的综合治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用参麦注射液静脉滴注治疗。结果两组在发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难、肺部罗音消失时间及心衰纠正时间比较,均有显著性差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,治疗组短于对照组,且未见明显副作用。结论参麦注射液治疗支气管肺炎合并心力衰竭安全、有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Shenmai injection in treatment of heart failure complicated by bronchopneumonia. Methods Eighty-two patients with heart failure complicated by bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two group received routine complex therapy, while treatment group was treated with intravenous drip of Shenmai injection. Results There were significant differences between two groups in duration of fever, cough, dyspnea, pulmonary rale and heart failure (P<0.05 or P<0.01), the treatment group was shorter than the control group, and had few side effects occurred. Conclusion It is effective and safe that Shenmai injection in treatment of heart failure complicated by children bronchopneumonia. |
