| Abstract: | Health emergency management in China is divided into two stages.The first phase was the early days the establishment of nationalto 2002,andthe second stage is from the outbreak of the SARS epidemic in 2003,The core content with the plans,system of organization,mechanism,legal system on the emergency response system has gradually built,andconstantly improving in thepractice,but the primary health emergency management in the grass rootsneeds to be strengthened. |
