保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效分析

目的分析保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的80例Ⅰ期或Ⅱ期早期乳腺癌患者按治疗方式的不同分为实验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。实验组患者行保乳手术;对照组患者行改良根治手术。比较两组患者的临床指标和疗效。随访2年。结果美容效果上实验组明显优于对照组P<0.01差异具有统计学意义。实验组患者术中出血量、术后引流量、手术时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论改良根治术与保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌的疗效基本相同,然而保乳术具有出血量少、手术时间、住院时间短、患者心理更容易接受等优点,因此行保乳手术治疗早期乳腺癌,疗效满意,值得推广使用。

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Breast-conserving Surgery Treatment of Early Breast Cancer

Objective The analysis of the clinical efficacy of breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer.Methods Our hospital 80 cases of stage Ⅰ or Ⅱ stage according to the different treatment of early breast cancer patients into the experimental group（n = 40） and control group（n = 40）.The experimental group underwent breast-conserving surgery;patients in the control group underwent modified radical surgery.Compared between the two groups of patients with clinical indicators and efficacy.Follow-up of 2 years.Results Cosmetic effect on the experimental group was significantly better than the control group（P 0.01） difference was statistically significant.Experimental group patients with blood loss,postoperative drainage,surgery,hospitalization time were significantly less than the control group（P0.05） difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Efficacy of modified radical mastectomy and breast-conserving treatment of early breast cancer,breast-conserving surgery,however,has less blood loss,operative time,shorter hospital stay,patients with psychological easier to accept the advantages,so the line of breast-conserving surgery for early breast cancer the results were satisfactory and should be introduced.
