益肾活血汤联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病对照研究

[目的]观察益肾活血汤联合西医治疗早期糖尿病肾病的疗效。[方法]将92例早期糖尿病肾病患者,分为对照组和治疗组各46例。对照组临床常规方法进行治疗;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用益肾活血汤(药用生龙骨、生牡蛎、山药、黄芪等),随症加减,1剂/d,分早晚2次服用。治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);尿蛋白和血糖改善幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);实际治疗时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后症状复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗过程中均没有出现不良反应。[结论]益肾活血汤联合西医对患有早期糖尿病肾病的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

Yishen Huoxue Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy Case-control Study

[Objective] To observe the Yishen Huoxue Decoction Combined with western medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.[Methods] 92 patients with early diabetic nephropathy patients,divided into control group and treatment group with 46 cases in each group.The control group using conventional methods of clinical treatment;patients in the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy combined with Yishen Huoxue Decoction(medicinal raw oysters,keel,yam,astragalus,etc.),addition and subtraction with the disease,1 doses of /d,morning and evening hours taken two times.After 2 courses of treatment the curative effect.[Results] Treatment of treatment group were superior to the control group(P < 0.05);urine protein and blood glucose improves significantly greater than the control group(P < 0.05);the actual treatment time was significantly shorter than that in control group(P < 0.05);after treatment of symptomatic recurrence rate was lower than control group(P < 0.05);two groups patients during the treatment had no adverse reactions.[Conclusion] Yishen Huoxue Decoction Combined with western medicine on patients with early diabetic nephropathy patients for treatment of clinical effect is very obvious.
