卡孕栓在无痛人工流产中的应用

目的探讨在无痛人工流产前阴道内放置卡孕栓终止早孕的临床效果。方法将180例要求行无痛人工流产术的患者随机分为2组,观察组术前2 h阴道内放置卡孕栓1 mg,对照组不用任何药物。观察患者宫颈口松弛情况、术中出血量、手术时间、术后阴道流血天数。结果观察组中91.1%的患者宫颈口可容6号扩棒通过,对照组仅为12.2%;观察组术中出血量、手术时间分别为(5.6±1.5)mL、(4.7±1.2)min,对照组为(17.3±4.5)mL、(7.8±1.5)min。术后阴道流血时间观察组也少于对照组。结论无痛人工流产术前阴道放置卡孕栓明显扩张宫颈口,增强子宫收缩,术中出血量少,术后阴道流血时间短,值得推广应用。

Application of methyl carprost suppository in painless induced abortion

Objective To evaluate the effects of vaginal methyl carprost suppository on painless induced abortion.Methods 180 early pregnancy patients who have received painless abortion were randomized into two groups:the PG05 group and the control group.1 mg vaginal methyl carprost suppository were applied to the PG05 group 2 hours before operation,and the control group was not given any drugs.The following parameters were observed:the cervical dilatation,blood loss of intraoperative hemorrhage,operation time,bleeding days after abortion.Results In the PG05 group,the dilatation of cervix was significantly larger than that of the control group.Blood loss was(5.6±1.5) mL in the PG05 group,while(17.3±4.5) mL in the control group.Operation time and vaginal bleeding time were much shorter in the PG05 group than control group.Conclusion Vaginal application of methyl carprost suppository in painless induced abortion has good effects,and it is safe and effective.
