精神分裂症患者并发糖尿病多因素回归分析

目的探讨精神分裂症患者并发糖尿病的影响因素。方法采用自行设计调查表对216例精神分裂症住院患者进行横断面调查，筛选出25例并发糖尿病患者为研究组，随机抽取25例非糖尿病患者为对照组。收集两组的一般资料、应用抗精神病药物及躯体指标情况，进行单因素及多因素回归分析。结果精神分裂症住院患者并发糖尿病的患病率为11．6％;研究组中60％的患者抗精神病药物以氯氮平为主；两组年龄、体重指数、血胆固醇水平及血压有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。Logistic回归分析表明，年龄、体重指数及血胆固醇水平是并发糖尿病的危险因素。结论住院精神分裂症患者的血糖、体重及血胆固醇是并发糖尿病的危险因素，对伴有危险因素的患者应谨慎使用氯氮平，并定期检测血糖、体重及血胆固醇水平。

Logistic regression analysis of schizophrenics accompanied with diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the related factors of schizophrenic accompanied with diabetes mellitus. Methods Cross-sectional investigations were conducted in 216 hospitalized schizophrenics using self-made questionnaire, 25 patients with diabetes selected were assigned to research group and 25 non-diabetes ones to control group. General data, used antipsychotics and physical indexes were collected for both 2 groups, and single factor and Logistic regression analysis conducted. Results The morbidity of diabetes in hospitalized schizophrenics was 11. 6%. In research group, 60% of patients mainly took clozapine. There were significant differences in age, body mass index (BMI) , blood cholesterol and blood pressure between 2 groups(P<0. 05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age, BMI and blood cholesterol were the risk factors of schizophrenics accompanied with diabetes. Conclusion Blood glucose, body weight and blood cholesterol of hospitalized schizophrenics are risk factors of accompanying diabetes. Clozapine should be used cautiously to the patients with risk factors, and blood glucose, body weight and blood cholesterol be measured periodically.
