| 摘 要： | 认为亚健康的主要病因病机是脾胃虚弱、情志失调、思虑过度、素体表虚、肝肾不足等原因导致的脏腑气血、阴阳失调,或内生五邪,或耗伤正气,从而出现全身的不适症状。治疗可分为脾气虚弱、肝气郁滞、心脾气血两虚、肝肾两虚、表虚不固、肾虚早衰等六型。

| Abstract: | The etiological factors and pathogenesis of sub-health state were discussed.Weakness of the spleen and stomach,disorder of emotion,excessive thinking,innate weakness of the body and deficiency of both the liver and kidney can lead to imbalance of Qi and blood,the all kinds of symptoms will be appear on the body.And six types were divided according to the etiological factors and pathogenesis of the disease,which were deficiency of spleen-Qi,stagnation of liver-Qi,deficiency of both the heart and spleen,deficiency of both the liver and kidney,weakness of exterior-Qi,and presenility due to deficiency of kidney. |
