重型肝炎患者血清sCR1含量变化与红细胞粘附活性的相关性研究

目的研究重型肝炎患者可溶性补体受体1型(sCR1)浓度及红细胞粘附活性变化的临床意义.方法对76例重型肝炎、22例重型肝炎恢复期、58例肝硬化、58例慢性病毒性肝炎及80例正常人群进行了细胞竞争酶联免疫实验和红细胞天然免疫粘附功能实验.结果重型肝炎及肝硬化患者血清sCR1浓度均高于正常对照组(P＜0.01),重型肝炎患者明显高于肝硬化、慢性病毒性肝炎患者(P＜0.01)并与胆碱酯酶(CHE)、凝血酶原时间(PT)及凝血酶原活动度(PTA)变化明显相关.重型肝炎患者红细胞CR1粘附活性显著下降,与sCR1含量呈负相关.结论重型肝炎患者血清sCR1浓度变化与肝功能损伤程度密切相关,红细胞免疫粘附功能联合检测是评估重型肝炎患者病情严重程度、判断病情发展及预后的重要参考指标.

The relationship between changs of soluble complement receptor 1 in hepatitn gravis and red cell innate immune adhesior funetion

Objective To study the changes of soluble complement receptor 1 in serum patients with hepatitis gravis and investigate it's significance.Methods 76 cases of hepatitis gravis,58 cases of hepatitis cirrhosis,58 cases of chronic hepatitis,and 80 cases of healthy individuals were studied with sCR 1 in serum and the red cell innate immune adhesion function.Results The sCR 1 of44 cases of hepatitis gravis and 58 cases of hepatitis cirrhosis was significantly lower than that of healthy individuals (P<0.01).The sCR 1 in hepatitis gravis was obviously lower than that of hepatitis cirrhosis and have a good relationship with the changes of CHE,PT and PTA.The change of red cell immune adhesion function is closely related with concentration of the circulation complex in the liver diseases.Conclusion There is a good relationship between sCR 1 and the severity of liver function in the patient with hepatitis gravis.Detected with red cell innate immune adhesion function is important to assay the activity of sCR 1 in the patients with hepatitis gravis.
