灯盏花素及复方丹参滴丸联合缬沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病临床疗效分析

目的观察灯盏花素、复方丹参滴丸及缬沙坦联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病（DN）及肾功能正常的临床糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将104例DN病人随机分为治疗组（采用灯盏花素、复方丹参滴丸、缬沙坦联合治疗）及对照组（原降糖、降压措施不变），比较治疗前后两组尿蛋白排泄率（VAER）、尿素氮（BUN）、血肌酐（SCr）、平均动脉压（MAP）及空腹胰岛素的变化。结果治疗组VAER较治疗前及对照组均有减少（P〈0．01），BUN、SCr、MAP无明显改变，空腹胰岛素释放量明显增加，与治疗前及对照组比较均有差异（P〈0．01）。结论灯盏花素与丹参滴丸及缬沙坦联合治疗DN，不仅能有效减少糖尿病肾病的蛋白尿，而且能增加糖尿病的治疗作用，增加胰岛素的敏感性，有利于更好控制血糖。

Analysis on effect of therapeutic alliance of diabetic nephropathy with Breviscapinun parenteral solution, salvia miltiorrhiza drop pill, valsartan

Objective To observe the effect of therapeutic alliance of Breviscapinun parenteral solution, compound recipe salvia miltiorrhiza drop pill and valsartan in treatment of prophase diabetic nephropathy （DN） and DN with normal renal function. Methods One hundred and four patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group, and their VAER, BUN, SCr, MAP and fast insulin level after treatment were compared with those before treatment. Results After treatment, VAER in trial group was significantly lower than that before treatment and control group （ P 〈0.01 ）, and there was no significant change in BUN,SCr,MAP, and fast insulin released was significantly higher than that of before treatment and control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Therapeutic alliance of Breviscapinun parenteral solution, compound recipe salvia mihiorrhiza drop pill and valsartan in treatment of diabetic nephropathy could not only effectively decrease urinary protein of DN, it could also increase the therapeutic effect of diabetes, and improve the sensitivity of insulin. This kind of therapy can more effectively control blood glucose of patients.
