| 摘 要： | 目的 观察横切口筋膜内子宫全切除术的临床效果。方法 对 110例妇科良性疾病需行子宫全切的患者行腹部横切口筋膜内子宫全切术 (筋膜内组 ) ,并与同期 90例传统的腹部纵切口子宫全切术 (传统组 )比较 ,分析手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复情况等。结果 两组比较筋膜内子宫全切术手术时间短、术中出血量少、恢复快、住院日短。结论 横切口筋膜内子宫全切除术术后恢复快 ,并发症少 ,可做为一妇科选择的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of intrafascial hysterectomy by abdominal transverse skin incisions.Methods There was a contrast in intrafascial hysterectomy with 90 cases following traditional hysterectomy in comparison with the time of operation,bleeding amount,recovery situation after operation. Results Time of operation was short and bleeding amount was significantly less in intrafascial hysterectomy.There was significant difference. Conclusion There is less complication and quick recovery in intrafascial hysterectomy.It is an operation method of choice. |
