| 摘 要： | 微量白蛋白尿是糖尿病肾病的早期诊断指标 ,近年作为心血管疾病的独立危险因素日益受到关注。有研究表明 ,微量白蛋白尿的发生与胰岛素抵抗有关。至于微量白蛋白尿与胰岛素抵抗有直接的病理生理联系 ,还是仅与该综合征的某些代谢紊乱有关 ,目前尚不清楚。作者对有关的研究进展作一综述

| Abstract: | Microalbuminuria is a diagnostic marker of incipient diabetic nephropathy. As an independent risk factor of cardiovascular disease, it is increasingly received close attention in recent years. Studies have shown that microalbuminuria is associated with essential hypertension, dyslipidemia and endothelial dysfunction, which are characteristics of insulin resistance syndrome. It is still unclear whether microalbuminuria is directly associated with insulin resistance in pathophysiology or it is merely related to some metabolic disorder. This paper was conducted to expound related progress of recent researches. |
