奥扎格雷钠与东菱克栓酶治疗急性脑梗塞对比研究

目的:观察奥扎格雷钠治疗急性脑梗塞的临床疗效、部分血液流变学指标改变及不良反应,并与东菱克栓酶进行比较。方法:将100例急性脑梗塞病人随机分为奥扎格雷钠组(治疗组)和东菱克栓酶组(对照组),进行临床、实验室指标及不良反应观察并进行比较。结果:治疗组的基本治愈率、显效率及总有效率分别为46%、80%、96%,对照组相应为42%、78%、96%,两组结果经统计学分析差异无显著性(P>0.05),部分血液流变学指标改变两组比较差异亦无显著性(P>0.05),且不良反应少。结论:在急性脑梗塞的治疗中,奥扎格雷钠与东菱克栓酶具有相同疗效,临床上使用安全可靠、经济、不良反应少,奥扎格雷钠值得推广运用。

The contrastive research of sodium ozagrel and batroxobin on treating acute cerebral infarction

Objective Study on the clinical effect,some in dex of hemorheology and bad moral reaction of sodium ozagrel and batroxobin treating acu te cerebral infarction.Method s Divide 100patients into sodium oza grel treating group and batroxobin treating group randomly and study the difference between them.Results Basic healing rate,high effective rate and effective ra te of sodium ozagrel are 46%,80%and 96%.But the rate of control group are42%,78%and 96%.There is no differen ce between themby statistics analysis.Conclusion Ozagrel and batroxobin have the same effect in treating actu e cerebral infarction.So ozagrel sh ould be spreaded for it is economical and de-pendable with few bad moral reaction s.
