米氮平与西酞普兰治疗抑郁症对照研究

目的比较米氮平与西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法将62例抑郁症患者随机分为米氮平组和西酞普兰组，分别给予米氮平与西酞普兰治疗，疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量袁（HAMD）及治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定疗效及不良反应。结果米氮平组与西酞普兰组显效率分别为87．0％和83．0％，两组疗效相仿。但治疗1周后米氮平组的有效率高于西酞普兰组。结论米氮平是一组起效较快、安全、有效的抗抑郁药。

Comparative study of mirtazapine and citalopram in treatment of depression

To compare the clinical efficacy and safety between mirtazapine and eitalopram in treatment of depression. Method 62 patients with depression were randomly divided into mirtazapine group and citalopram group. Hamilton rating scale for depression （HAMD） and treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects. Results The efficacy of the two groups was similar. The response rates of mirtazapine group and citalopram group were 87.0% and 83.0%, respectively. Mirtazapine group showed a higher response rate conpared with citalopram group one week after treatment. Conclusion Mirtazapine is a safe and effective antidepressant.
