大肠癌根治术中联合应用缓释氟尿嘧啶疗效的评价

目的：评价缓释氟尿嘧啶应用于大肠癌根治术中的疗效。方法：结直肠癌患者100例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组术中于瘤床等处植入缓释氟尿嘧啶,每例总计800mg。术后对每位患者连续随访监测36个月,评价其用药后不良反应、复发转移率、生存率等疗效指标。结果：术中联合应用缓释氟尿嘧啶并未增加对造血、免疫、肝肾等的不良反应;且术中联合应用缓释氟尿嘧啶后明显降低了治疗组使用者的局部与全身复发转移率,提高了生存率,治疗组复发转移率以及生存率与对照组的差异有显著性。结论：术中联合应用缓释氟尿嘧啶是一种安全可提高结直肠癌患者生存率的方法。

Evaluation on therapeutic efficiency for colorectal cancer through a radical operation combined with intraperitoneal injection of slow- released 5- FU

Objective ：To evaluate the curative effect of intraperitoneal injection of slow - released 5 - FU during a radical operation of colorectal cancer. Methods： Total of 100 cases of colorectal cancer patients were randomly selected, and were divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in treatment group were injected with slow - released 5 - FU （800mg/per case） into local tumors. After operations, the efficacy, adverse reaction, recur- rence rate, survival rate were evaluated and patients were followed - up for 36 months. Results： After intraperitoneal injection of slow - released 5 - FU during radical operations of colorectal cancer, the poison and side effects on hematopoietic functions and immune functions were not increased. The decrease of local and systemic recurrence rates and the increase of survival rate in the treatment group were remarkably observed when the proposed approach was adopted. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups in both recurrence rate and survival rate. Conclusion ： The intraperitoneal injection of slow - released 5 - FU is a safe and effective method for increasing survival rate of colorectal cancer patients.
