热烘疗法运用于混合痔术后换药的临床研究

目的探索混合痔术后换药新方法——热烘疗法。方法将85例混合痔术后住院患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组40例。治疗组采用传统中药油膏换药辅以热烘疗法,对照组单纯使用中药油膏换药,比较2组术后疼痛程度与治愈天数。结果换药及排便时的疼痛,治疗组均较对照组轻,治愈天数治疗组少于对照组。结论混合痔术后换药结合热烘疗法,能够起到消肿止痛,促进创面愈合的作用。

Clinical observation on applying thermal therapy after operration of mixed hemorrhoids

Objetive To explore the new method-thermal therapy, to change medicine after the piles operation. Methods 85 patients were divided after operation into two groups--treatment group with 45 patients, and comparative group with 40 patients. The patients in treatment group were treated by traditional herbal ointment, assisted with thermal therapy; while the other group were treated only by traditional herbal ointment. After compared the pain and physical period of the two groups. Results we could obviously see the patients of treatment group felt less pain than the comparative group. Also, the physical period of treatment group is less than the other group. Conclusions the combination between the herbal ointment and thermal therapy can be detumescence and acesodyne, so as to promote the patients to recover soon.
