一种二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果与腐蚀性的检测

摘    要:为了解一种二氧化氯消毒剂的杀菌效果与腐蚀性,进行了悬液定量杀菌试验与金属腐蚀试验。结果,以含二氧化氯150 mg/L溶液对悬液中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用15min,对悬液中大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌分别以含二氧化氯15 mg/L与20mg/L溶液作用8min,杀灭率均为100%。未加酸活化的该剂于54℃放置14 d,二氧化氯含量下降率为63%。该剂含二氧化氯150 mg/L溶液对铜、铝、碳钢、不锈钢的腐蚀速率分别为0.0227、0.0153、0.0297、0.0123mm/a。该剂为杀菌效果、稳定性较好,对金属有轻度腐蚀作用的消毒剂。

Abstract:In order to know the germicidal efficacy and corrosiveness of a chlorine dioxide disin- fectant, suspension quantitative germicidal test and metal corrosion test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spores in suspension exposed to a solution containing chlorine dioxide 150 mg/ L for 15 min, Escherichia coli in suspension exposed to a solution containing chlorine dioxide 15 mg/ L for 8 min and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to a solution containing chlorine dioxide 20 mg / L for 8 min were 100%. After storing at 54℃ for 14 days, the chlorine dioxide content of this binary disin- fectant decreased by 6.3%. The corrosion rates of copper, aluminum, carbon steel and stain- less steel immersed in the disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 150 mg/ L were 0.0227, 0.0153, 0.0297 and 0.0123 mm/a respectively. This disinfectant is a disinfectant with good germicidal efficacy and stability and slight corrosive effect on metals.
