摘    要:目的观察不同刺激参数的捻转手法对机体皮肤温度的实时影响,探讨针刺手法的量效关系。方法应用在体捻转手法仪对50名健康人的外关穴施行大、中、小刺激量的捻转手法,以中冲穴皮温作为观察指标进行实时记录观测与分析。结果(1)不同刺激量捻转手法的皮温在捻针期间明显降低(P<0.01,P<0.05))。(2)不同刺激量捻转手法的皮温均在留针中5min略高于针前水平(P>0.05)。(3)留针10min后,中、小刺激量捻转手法呈现升温效应。中刺激量捻转手法的皮温在留针后5min明显升高(P<0.01),而小刺激量则在起针中5min和后5min升温明显(P<0.05)。大刺激量捻转手法的皮温升降无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论(1)不同刺激量捻转手法的皮温从捻针至留针10min出现了降温和复温两个时相。(2)不同刺激量的捻转手法对健康机体的皮温影响存在着不同程度的效应差异。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the real-time influence of different stimulating parameters of twirling manipulation on bodily skin temperature and explore the relationship between the quantity and effect of acupuncture manipulation. Methods A twirling manipulation apparatus was used to provide point Waiguan with large, medium and small stimulating intensities of twirling manipulation in 50 healthy persons. The skin temperature on point Zhongchong was real-timely recorded as an observation index for analysis. Results 1. The skin temperature was significantly lowered during needle-twirling manipulation with different stimulating intensities (P<0.01, P<0.05). 2. The skin temperature was slightly higher during the middle 5 min retention of the needle after twirling manipulation with different stimulating intensities compared with before acupuncture (P>0.05). 3. Medium and small stimulating intensities of twirling manipulation produced a temperature-raising effect after 10 min retention of the needle. The skin temperature was significantly raised during the late 5 min retention of the needle after twirling manipulation with a medium stimulating intensity (P<0.01), but it did during the middle 5 min and late 5 min retention of the needle after twirling manipulation with a small stimulating intensity (P<0.05). A large stimulating intensity of twirling manipulation did not significantly raise or lower the skin temperature (P>0.05).Conclusion 1. Different stimulating intensities of twirling manipulation produce two phases of raising and lowering skin temperature from twirling a needle to the end of 10 min retention of it. 2. Different stimulating intensities of twirling manipulation produce different effects on skin temperature in a healthy body.
