| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨骨桥连接素 (OPN)在肺癌中的表达及其临床病理学意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法对 78例肺癌组织标本进行OPN检测。结果 6 5例非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)阳性率为 5 8.4 6 % ,13例小细胞肺癌(SCLC)的OPN表达均为阴性。OPN表达率与患者TNM分期及淋巴结转移有密切关系 (P <0 .0 1) ,与细胞分化程度无明显关系 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 OPN的表达同肺癌病理类型、发生、发展、淋巴结转移有密切关系 ,可作为临床评估NSCLC进展及预测肿瘤转移潜能的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and clinicopathological significance of OPN in lung cancer.Methods OPN expression in lung cancer tissures was detected in 78 patients by immunochistohemistry method.Results The positive rate of OPN expression in NSCLC was 58.46%. The expression of OPN in NSCLC was related to TNM stage and lymph metastasis(P<0.01).Conclusion Overexpression of OPN may be involved in the progression and metastasis of the lung cancer.It may predict the metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC. |
