对氯间二甲苯酚消毒液消毒相关性能观察

目的了解对氯间二甲苯酚消毒液消毒相关性能,为消毒应用提供依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化测定方法进行了实验室观察。结果含对氯间二甲苯酚2515mg/L的该消毒液作用1.5min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值>5.00;作用3min对铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值分别>5.00和>4.00。含对氯间二甲苯酚1258mg/L的消毒液作用3min,对大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值>5.00。用含对氯间二甲苯酚2515mg/L的消毒液涂擦消毒物体表面5min,对人工污染的大肠杆菌杀灭对数值均>1.00。用该消毒液浸泡4种金属片72h,对不锈钢片、碳钢片和铜片基本无腐蚀,对铝片有轻度腐蚀。结论对氯间二甲苯酚消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀灭作用较强,腐蚀性低。

OBSERVATION ON DISINFECTION-RELATED PROPERTIES OF CHLOROXYLENOL DISINFECTION SOLUTION

Objective To know the disinfection-related properties of chloroxylenol disinfection solution in order to provide the basis for disinfection application.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and physicochemical examination method were used to carry out laboratory observation.Results The killing logrithm value of Stapphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing chloroxylenol 2515 mg/L for 1.5 min was >5.00 and that of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans exposed for 3 min was >5.00 and >4.00 respectively.The killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli exposed to the disinfection solution containing chloroxylenol 1258 mg/L for 3 min was >5.00.Wiping disinfection of surfaces with the disinfection solution containing chloroxylenol 2515 mg/L for 5 min killed artificiallly contaminating E.coli by a logarithm value >1.00.Immersion of 4 kinds of metal coupons in the disinfection solution for 72 h caused essentially no corrosion of stainless steel coupons,carbon steel coupons and copper coupons and slight corrosion of aluminum coupons.Conclusions Chloroxylenol has strong killing effect on vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi and has low corrosiveness.
