双重沿面放电合成臭氧处理医院污水的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察双重沿面放电合成臭氧消毒处理医院污水的消毒效果。方法采用理化分析方法和现场抽样检测方法对医院污水处理效果进行了评价。结果双重沿面放电注入的放电能量约为普通沿面放电的2倍,其合成的臭氧浓度约为后者的4倍,臭氧产率约为后者的2倍。污水处理量为2.0 L/h,当臭氧流量在49.4~78.0mg/min时,10 min后水样中粪大肠菌群<900 cfu/L;臭氧流量>86.0 L/min时,5 min后即可达标。臭氧流量>49.4 mg/min,处理时间<10 min,处理后水中粪大肠菌群数<900 cfu/L,细菌的总灭菌率接近100%。当污水中初始细菌含量较低时,随臭氧流量和处理时间延长,粪大肠菌群数逐渐降低。细菌初始浓度较高时随着臭氧流量提高,水中粪大肠菌群和细菌总数达标所需处理时间相应缩短。结论双重沿面放电合成臭氧含量较高,其消毒处理医院污水对粪大肠菌群杀灭效果较好;随着臭氧流量和处理时间增加,消毒效率提高。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of ozone generated by doubling surface discharge in disinfection of sewage in hospital.Methods Physicochemical analysis method and method of on-the-spot sampling for examination were used for evaluation of efficacy in disinfection of hospital sewage.Results At the same applied peak value of voltage,the discharge energy of doubling surface discharge was about two times that of ordinary surface discharge,the ozone concentration generated was about four times that generated by the latter and the ozone yield was about two times greater.When the amount of sewage treated was 2.0 L/h,the fecal coligroup count in sewage sample after treatment with ozone flow 49.4-78.0 mg/min for 10 min was <900 cfu/L and after treatment with ozone flow >86.0 L/min for 5 min,the disinfection was up to the standard.After treatment with ozone flow >49.4 mg/min for <10 min,the fecal coligroup count in the sewage treated was <9.00 cfu/L and the total bacterial killing rate approximated 100%.When the initial bacterial content in the sewage was low,the fecal coligroup count decreased gradually with increasing ozone flow and time of treatment.When the initial bacterial content was relatively high,the time of treatment required for the fecal coligroup and total bacteria count in the sewage to decrease to the allowable limit was shortened accordingly with increasing ozone flow.Conclusions The ozone content generated by doubling surface discharge is high and has good efficacy in killing fecal coligroup in hospital sewage.With increasing the ozone flow and treatment time,the disinfection efficacy is increased..
