| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨临床用药情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法：采用TLC法测定大黄膏中大黄素含量，结果：大黄膏中大黄素的百分含量为0．155％－0．158％，结论：本法结果可靠，简单易行，可作为本品质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To study the rational use of clinical medicine.METHODS：Adopting a TLC method to detect the quality of emodin in the extraction. RESULTS：The content of emodin in the extraction was 0.155%～0.158%.CONCLUSIONS：This mehod is simple and feasible. |
