| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫腔镜诊治宫腔内疾患在不育症中的价值。方法对2003年12月至2005年5月因不育症在我院行宫腔镜检查和治疗的患者共876例的结果,进行回顾性分析。结果876例患者中宫腔粘连350例,占40.0%;子宫内膜息肉290例,占33.1%;黏膜下肌瘤共10例,占1.1%;输卵管近端阻塞150例,占17.1%;正常宫腔76例,占8.7%。宫腔镜术后1年内自然妊娠88例(10.0%),腹腔镜下输卵管疏通术后妊娠50例(5.7%)。结论宫腔镜诊断宫腔内疾患直观、准确、简便,并可同时完成简单的镜下手术,效果佳、费用低,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the role of hysteroscopy in diagnosing and treating infertility patients with intrauterine diseases.Methods: A total of 876 infertile patients who had been examined and treated by hysteroscopy since 2003 were retrospectively studied.Results: Among the 876 patients,350(40.0%),290(33.1%),10(1.1%) and 150(17.1%) were assigned to adhesive uteritis,endometrial polys, myoma and fallopian tube obstruction,respectively.The remaining 76 cases(8.7%) were normal.Conclusion: Hysteroscopy is an effective method to diagnose and treat intrauterine diseases.It is accurate,economical for outpatients and worth promoting for diagnosing and treating infertility. |
