| 摘 要： | 目的比对两种工艺六味地黄口服液制剂耐缺氧与免疫调节的作用。方法以小鼠为实验对象，分别以6、3、1．5g／kg 3个剂量组的两种六味地黄口服液制剂给予小鼠灌胃14d，通过耐缺氧、碳廓清试验，观察两种工艺六味地黄口服液对小鼠死亡时间、碳廓清指数及胸腺、脾脏指数的影响。结果各剂量组的各项检测结果与阴性对照组比较，六味地黄口服液均能延长小鼠存活时间，增强小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞碳廓清能力。结论两种工艺均具有增强小鼠常规耐缺氧能力、免疫调节功能作用，且作用相当。

| Abstract: | Objective To contrast the effects of anti-hypoxia and immunoregulation of two kinds of craft prepared Liuwei Dihuang Oral Liquid. Method Mice were divided randomly into 7 groups:control group and two preparation craft Liuwei Dihuang Oral Liquid (6, 3, 1.5 g/kg). The animals were intragastric administration with drugs for 14 d.
