| 摘 要： | 目的探讨损伤控制性手术（DGS）在急诊外科的应用。方法对2007年6月～2009年10月我院收治并随访的12例按DCS策略救治的严重创伤伤员的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果按DCS纳入标准入组的12例严重多发伤员先进行急诊手术控制出血和污染，然后给予ICU复苏，待生命体征稳定后，再进行后续治疗。结论针对多发创伤的特点，按DCS策略选取适合对象进行救治，可减少伤员死亡率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of Damage Control Surgery(DCS) in the treatment of serious trauma of emergency surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 12 cases treated by DCS in emergency surgery. Results A total of 12 cases selected with the rules of DCS were treated by emergency operation to control the bleeding and contamination,and then resuscitation in ICU was performed.
