背阔肌分区的解剖学研究

目的 研究背阔肌内血管、神经的分支、分布及其体表投影.方法 对10具(20侧)成人尸体背阔肌行大体解剖观察、测量.结果 背阔肌的主要供养血管是胸背动、静脉.胸背动、静脉供养背阔肌外上部的2/3,其余1/3背阔肌由肋间动、静脉供养.胸背血管、神经分支与肋间血管、神经分支间有广泛的吻合.胸背血管、神经主要分成内、外侧,内、外侧支分叉点的体表投影位于肩胛下角外、上方.胸背血管、神经内侧支与纵轴夹角50.05±5.16度,胸背血管、神经内侧支与外侧支夹角38.67±4.25度.结论 背阔肌有较恒定的血液供应.背阔肌可被胸背血管、神经内、外侧支及其延长线分成三区.Ⅰ、Ⅲ区可单独切取,Ⅱ区可根据需要部分或全部分配到Ⅰ区或Ⅲ区.

ve To investigate the neurovascular branch and distribution of the latissimus dorsimuscle .Mathod 10 cadaver latissimus dorsi muscle (20sides) were dissected .Results The latissimus dorsi mus-cle was mainly supplied by thoracodorsal.The pattern of major branching thoracodorsal neurovascular was a bifur-cation of the common neurovascular trunk-the interior neurovascular branch and the external neurovascularbranch .The point of the cross of interior and external branches is on the superior side of inferior anglescaprla 4. 69cmand on its external side 1 .02cm .The angle between body ordinate and the interior branches is 50.05, the angle be-ween these two branches is 38.67.Denclotion The latissimus dorsi can be divided three areas by the artery sup-ply .The first of third area can be cut alone,the second area can be splited to other area.
