生物活性颈椎椎间融合器的制作与基本性能研究

摘    要:目的采用自行合成的羟基磷灰石(HAp)/左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)复合材料研制颈椎椎间融合器并对其基本理化性能进行检测,探索制备新型的颈椎椎融合器。方法采用化学共沉淀法和开环聚合法制备HAp和PLLA,按35/65质量比共混,经热压模铸加工成颈椎椎间融合器,检测样件的基本理化特征。结果HAp/PLLA复合材料的密度为1.64g/cm3,热压后黏均相对分子量118.309ku,样件平均极限压缩强度为128MPa,E模量5.47GPa。结论HAp/PLLA复合材料是一种化学性能稳定、机械性能良好的生物活性材料,用其制作的椎间融合器能够达到颈椎椎间支撑融合的基本要求。

Abstract:Aim To fabri ca te cervical vertebral fusion cage with bio-material composed of hydroxyapatit e (HAp)and poly L-lactic acid(PLLA),to evaluate its basic physical and c hem ical characteristics and to investigate the fabrication of the n ew type fusion cage of cervical verte-bral.Methods HAp ultramicroparticles and PLLA we re pr epared by chemical codeposition and open-loo p polymerization respectively,and compounded in the quality ratio of 35/65.After being heated and pressed i n a mould,the composition was machi ned into samples of cervical vertebr al $$$$ Xiao fu sion cage whose physical and chemi cal characteristics were exam-ined.Results The relative molecular weight of the composition was118.309ku,and its de nsity was 1.64g /cm 3 .The limitation compressive strength of the cage was 128MPa,and i ts el astic modular was 5.47GPa.Conclusion HAp /PLLA composition is a biomateria l with the stable chemical characteristics and perfe ct mechanical function,and the fusion cage made from HAp /PLLA composition basically fuses the functions of cervical spine.
