医用几丁糖联合复方倍他米松治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效观察

摘    要:目的研究医用几丁糖联合得宝松又名复方倍他米松治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效,观察其对瘢痕增生的影响。方法将一定浓度的得宝松作为空白对照试剂,医用几丁糖联合得宝松配置成实验组试剂。对我院2006年1月-2011年12月瘢痕疙瘩患者84例,随机分为复方倍他米松注射液联合医用几丁糖组(A组)、复方倍他米松注射液组(B组)对其采用瘢痕内注射的方法,2个疗程后观察瘢痕增生的情况和患者症状,对其进行量化评分,研究其疗效。结果治疗后第1、2个月A、B两组积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后与治疗前积分、疗效相比两组差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论医用几丁糖联合得宝松治疗瘢痕疙瘩比单用得宝松局部封闭治疗瘢痕疙瘩效果更好,它能更好地抑制瘢痕的增生,延缓瘢痕疙瘩病情的进展。

Abstract:Objective To study the the chitosan joint efficacy of the treatment of keloids Diprospan,observe their scar formation.Methods A certain concentration of Diprospan as a control reagent,the the chitosan jointly Diprospan configured the reagents of the experimental group.Hospital in January 2006-2011,December,84 cases of keloid patients were randomly divided into the compound times betamethasone injection combined with chitosan group(A),compound betamethasone injection group(B group) injection in the scar,the scar formation in patients with symptoms observed after two courses of quantitative score,and to study its efficacy.Results 1,2 months after treatment A,B two sets of points,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);after treatment with pre-treatment score,efficacy compared to the two-group differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Chitosan joint Diprospan the treatment of keloids than single Diprospan partial closure of the treatment of keloids is better,it can inhibit the proliferation of scar better,slow down the disease progression of keloid.
