| 摘 要： | 目的 综述抗高血压药物联合用药研究进展,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 检索国内外相关文献,对有关抗高血压联合用药的文献进行整理综述.结果 临床常用的6类抗高血压药物中,钙离子拮抗剂(CCB)、利尿剂联合用药最广泛,其中CCB联用血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)或血管紧张素受体拮抗剂(ARB)是临床最佳的联用方案.结论 大量的循证医学和临床研究显示,抗高血压药物联合用药是有效控制血压、降低不良反应的有效途径.

| Abstract: | Objective Summarize research progress on anti-hypertensive drug combination therapy,and provide reference for clinical use of drugs.Methods Retrieve the relevant literature,and review anti-hypertensive combination therapies.Results In six kinds of commonly used anti-hypertensive drugs,calcium channel blocker(CCB) and diuretics are the most extensive combination therapy,in which CCB combined with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors(ACEI) or angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB) is the best clinical programs in conjunction with anti-hypertensive.Conclusion Large number of evidence-based medicine and clinical studies have shown that anti-hypertensive drug combination therapy is an effective way to control blood pressure and reduce adverse reactions. |
