康复科患者及家属健康教育需求调查分析

目的评估和分析康复科患者对健康教育的需求,通过对患者及家属有目的的教育活动,促进康复患者对康复理论﹑康复治疗方法的了解和掌握,提高患者和家属的康复意识,促进其积极参与康复全过程。方法以问卷形式对本病区住院的48名患者及家属进行调查,调查内容包括健康教育的内容、形式、时间及对健康教育者的需求。结果健康教育内容方面,康复治疗方法需求最大(需求率90%);健康教育形式方面,个别指导和教育手册需求最大(需求率分别为50%、48%);健康教育时间方面,入院后3天内需求最大(需求率60%);75%的患者希望治疗师作为健康教育实施者。结论医生、护士、治疗师团队共同协作,以个别指导和教育手册的形式在患者入院后前3天施行健康教育的方案较佳。

Survey of needs of health education for patients and family members in department of rehabilitation

Objective To evaluate and analyse the needs of health education for patients in department of rehabilitation. Expected to promote the understanding and awareness of theory and technique of rehabilitation medicine, and to encourage patients to join in rehabilitative training. Methods 48 patients and family members with common diseases were included in this survey. They were asked to decide which items they needed in health education by filling in several self-designed questionnaires, which contained the contents, ways, time and practitioners of health education. Results For the health education contents, rehabilitation treatment methods were in greatest demand. For the health education ways,50% patients supported the personal instructions. 60% patients supported the health education been carried out within 3 days after admission. 75% patients supported the physical therapist to be the educatior. Conclusion In order to make health education more effective, therapists and doctors need to give personal health instructions and send education handbooks to patients, focusing on rehabilitation methods and goals, within 3 days after their admission.
