七叶皂甙钠软膏外用治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征的临床观察

目的:观察七叶皂甙钠软膏治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征的临床效果。方法:根据中华医学会新生儿寒冷损伤综合征诊断标准,将163例患儿随机分为2组,对照组80例给予常规治疗;治疗组83例,在常规治疗的基础上外用七叶皂甙钠软膏治疗。结果:治疗组有效率达90.36%,明显高于对照组(χ2=10.113,P=0.006);治疗组在复温时间,硬肿消退时间,住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:七叶皂甙钠软膏在治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征,安全有效,在基层医疗机构值得应用推广。

Clinical observation of Sodium Aescinate Cream in the treatment for neonatal cold injury syndrome

Objective : To investigate the effect of Sodium Aescinate Cream in the treatment for neonatal cold injury syndrome. Methods: According to the Chinese medical association of neonatal cold damage syndrome diagnostic criteria , 163 cases were randomlydivided into two groups. The control group ( 80 cases ) were given conventional treatment , and the treatment group were 83 cases which were given Sodium Aescinate Cream based on routine treatment. Results: Effective power of treatment group was 90.36% which was higher than that in the control group ( χ 2 =10.113 , P=0.006 ) . About the length of inpatient time , the treatment group was better than that in control group in rewarming time and hard swollen subsidise time ( P <0.01 ) . Conclusion: Sodium Aescinate Cream in the treatment for neonatal cold injury syndrome was safe and effective , is worth promoting in basic medical institutions.
