| 摘 要： | 目的研究syndecan-1蛋白在胃癌及正常胃黏膜组织中的表达，探讨其与胃癌临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化ABC法检测60例胃癌及正常胃黏膜组织中syndecan-1蛋白的表达水平。结果60例正常胃黏膜组织中均有syndecan-1蛋白表达，但胃癌组织中仅有10例（16．67％）呈阳性表达，正常胃黏膜组织中syndecan-1蛋白表达阳性率明显高于胃癌组织（χ^2=65．88，P〈0.05）。syndecan-1蛋白的表达与肿瘤大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关（P〈0．05），其中无淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中syndecan～1蛋白表达阳性率明显高于有淋巴结转移者（χ^2=18．62，P〈0.05）；与胃癌患者的年龄和肿瘤部位无关（P〉0.05）。结论胃癌组织中syndecan-1蛋白低表达，并与胃癌分期和淋巴结转移有关。
