生脉成骨胶囊治疗股骨头骨骺缺血性坏死45例疗效观察

摘    要:目的 :观察生脉成骨胶囊治疗股骨头骨骺缺血性坏死 (Legg Calve Perthes病 )的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机分组法 ,90例 10 2髋用外展内旋石膏裤固定 ,治疗组 4 5例 5 7髋用生脉成骨胶囊治疗 ,对照组 4 5例 4 5髋用健骨生丸治疗 ;观察疼痛、X线表现、临床综合疗效的变化。结果 :治疗组临床综合疗效优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,疼痛及X线表现改善情况亦优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,总有效率 86 6 6 %。结论 :生脉成骨胶囊配合外展内旋石膏裤法对股骨头骨骺缺血性坏死有较好疗效 ,优于对照药。其治疗机理可能与生脉成骨胶囊促进死骨吸收及新骨形成的作用有关

Abstract:Objective:To explore the curative effect of shengmai chenggu capsule (SCC) for Legg Calve Perthes syndrom Methods:90 cases (102 hip joints) of Legg Calve Perthes syndrom were allocated to two groups (each 45 cases) randomly,Lumber Spinal Stenosis were allocated to two groups (each group 51 cases) randomly,SCC was applied in the treatment group,placebo was applied in the control group Cast was applied to both groups The curative effect between two groups was compared Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate was 86 66%;in the control group,the total effective rate was 60% The difference to totak effective rate between two groups was sinificant ( P <0 05) Conclusion:Shengmai Chenggu Capsule possesses a better curative effect for the treatment of Legg Calve Perthes syndrom It may be work throught the better osteogenesis improved by the Shengmai Chenggu Capsule
