内镜下高频电凝联合药物抗幽门螺杆菌治疗疣状胃炎的临床研究

目的探讨内镜下高频电凝联合药物抗幽门螺杆菌（HP）治疗疣状胃炎的近期和远期疗效。方法经胃镜诊断而且HP阳性112例疣状胃炎患者,按胃镜检查先后顺序分为A、B两组,每组56例。A组在胃镜下对所有成熟型疣状病变进行高频电凝疗法,术后予HP根除治疗。B组只予HP根除治疗。比较两组患者疗程结束后4周时HP根除率和疣状病变治愈率,6个月时疣状病变的治愈率。结果A、B两组在疗程结束后4周和6个月时的疣状病变治愈率有显著差异,提示内镜下高频电凝联合药物抗HP疗法较单纯药物抗HP疗法治疗疣状胃炎效果更佳。

Clinical Study on Verrucous Gastritis Treated with HF Electrocoagulation and Anti-Helicobacter Pylori Drug Under Endoscope

Objective To investigate the immediate and long-term effect on verrucous gastritis treated with HF electrocoagulation and anti-Helicobacter pylori(HP) drug under endoscope.Method After gastroscopic diagnosis,112 cases of patients with verrucous gastritis and HP+ are divided into groups A and B by gastroscopy sequence,each of 56 cases.HF electrocoagulation was conducted on all mature verrucous lesions of A group under gastroscope.And the eradication therapy for HP was conducted after the surgery.But for Group B,only the eradication therapy for HP was conducted.In four weeks after the end of treatment,we compare the eradication rate of HP and the cure rate of verrucous lesions of the two groups.And we also compare the cure rate of verrucous lesions in 6 months after the end of treatment.Results In four weeks and six months after the end of treatment,A and B groups' cure rate of verrucous lesions were significantly different,indicating that the effect of the therapy of HF electrocoagulation and anti-HP drug under endoscope is better than treated only with anti-HP drug for verrucous gastritis.
