过量碘对仔鼠海马组织烯醇化酶活性的影响

摘    要:目的 观察长期摄入过量碘对子代小鼠脑内海马组织烯醇化酶的影响。方法 用高磺水复制出高碘甲状腺肿动物模型,采用酶联免疫法测定甲状腺肿小鼠的子一代和子二代7、14、21、30日龄仔鼠海马组织神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的活性。结果 同碘组子一代、子二代仔鼠从出生至30日龄NSE活性均较适碘对照组降低,且子二代高组14日仔鼠海马组织NSE活性明显低于子一代。结论高碘可使仔鼠脑内NSE活性降低,说明高碘

Abstract:Objective Tostudytheeffectsofexcessiveintakeofiodineforalongtermonactivityof enolaseinhippocampaltissuesofyoungmice .Methods Ahyperiodinegoiteranimalmodelwasreplicatedwith drinkingwaterwithhighlevelofiodine.Activityofneuronspecificenolase (NSE)inhippocampaltissueswas determinedwithenzyme linkedimmunosorbentassay (ELISA)foryoungoffspringofthefirstandthesecond generationsofmicewithhyperiodinegoiteronthe 7th ,14thand 2 1stdayofage ,respectively .Results Activity ofenolaseinyoungoffspringofthefirstandsecondgenerationofmicewithhyperiodinegoiterwasalllowerthan thatincontrolsfromthedayoftheirbirthtothe 3 0thdayafterbirth ,andthatathippocampaltissuesinyoungmice ofthesecondgenerationwassignificantlylowerthanthatofthefirstgenerationonthe 14thdayofage .Conclusion HyperiodinecandecreaseactivityofNSEinthebrainofmice .ItsuggeststhathyperiodinecanaffectNSE ,and thusinterfereenergysupplyinthebrain ,resultingindisturbanceofneurondevelopmentandbrainfunction .
