2008-2009年常德市医疗机构卫生质量管理现状研究

目的了解常德市各级医疗机构卫生质量管理水平。方法采用完全随机抽样的方法对市直管19家不同级别医疗机构的消毒质量和灭菌效果进行调查和检测。结果 2009年医院消毒样品总合格率高于2008年(χ2=16.16,P0.01),2009年高压灭菌锅和物体表面样品合格率较2008年高(P0.05);按照不同医院级别比较,三甲医院样品总合格率最高(P0.01),其他医疗机构(职防所、皮防所、血站、血防医院)样品总合格率最低(P0.01);按照院内不同区域比较,层流手术室、治疗室与病房总合格率高于普通手术室、产房(P0.01)。结论常德市2009年医疗机构卫生质量管理水平较2008年有所提高;在不同级别的医疗机构中,其他医疗机构卫生状况应加强管理;在医疗机构内,应加强普通手术室和产房的卫生质量管理。

Current Status of Hygienic Quality Management of Medical Institutions in Changde from 2008 to 2009

Objective To know the current situation of hygienic quality management of medical institutions at all levels in Changde City.Methods Nineteen different levels of medical institutions were randomly selected in Changde to survey and determine the effects of disinfections and sterilization.Results The total qualified rate of disinfection samples in 2009 was higher than that in 2008 （χ^2=16.16,P〈0.01）.The qualified rates of autoclave and object surface in 2009 were higher than those in 2008 （P〈0.05）.Comparison of different levels of hospitals,the total qualified rate of samples of 3A-hospitals was the highest （P〈0.01）,while the total qualified rate of samples of other medical institutions,including hospitals of occupational diseases,hospitals of skin disease and venereal disease,blood stations,and anti-schistosomiasis stations,was the lowest （P〈0.01）.The total qualified rates of laminar flow operating rooms,treatment rooms,and wards were higher than those of general operation rooms and delivery rooms （P〈0.01）.Conclusions The level of hygienic quality management in 2009 is improved than that in 2008 in Changde City.It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance on hospitals of occupational diseases,hospitals of skin disease and venereal disease,blood stations,and anti-schistosomiasis stations and enhance hygienic quality management of general operation rooms and delivery rooms.
