| 摘 要： | 采用一级反渗透脱盐技术工艺，设计了机电一体化的移动式海水淡化装置。该装置主要由动力系统、净化系统、管路系统、检控系统组成。动力系统包括发电机、增压泵及高压柱塞泵，净化系统包括粗滤、精密过滤、反渗透脱盐及紫外消毒。该装置的主要技术参数为：产水流量30～50L／h，脱盐率大于99％，功率消耗0．9kW。水质分析结果显示产水水质符合国家、军队饮用水卫生标准规定。 |

| Abstract: | A mobile seawater desalination device is designed by using one-stage reverse osmosis process. The device is mainly composed of the power system, the purification unit, the pipeline system, and the monitored control system. The power system consists of a generator, a pressure pump and a high-pressure plunger pump. The purification unit includes a prefilter, a fine filter, the reverse osmosis desalination unit and an ultraviolet disinfector. The water flow of the device is 30-50L/h, and the salt rejection is more than 99%, and the energy consumption is 0.9Kw. The analysis result of water quality shows that the quality of produced water conforms to the standards for drinking water quality. |
