| 摘 要： | 调查１２０例肺气肿病人的心理状态及其与生活质量的关系。结果：有心理障碍者（ｎ＝７５）较无障碍者（ｎ＝４５）６ｍｉｎ步行试验、自我感觉得分均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）；呼吸困难－疲劳指数总分降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），其中的活动强度与活动受限程度两项得分降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）．活动速度得分无明显降低（Ｐ＞０．０５）；静息状态下心率明显加快（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示：心理障碍是肺气肿病人生活质量下降的因素之一。

| Abstract: | The relationship between psychologic state and life quality of the patients with pulmonary emphysema in 120 cases was surveyed and analysed. The results showed that the test scores of patients with psychologic disorder (n=75) about 6min walking and sel-feeling were significantly lower than those with no psychologic disorder (n= 45) (p<0. 05), the total scores of dyspnea-fatigue index decreased (p<0. 05) of which the activity intensity and restrict scores all decreased (p<0. 05).Their heart rate during the rest increased obviously. It is suggested that psychologic disorder might be the factor which caused life quality of the patients with pulmonary emphysema lowered |
