| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病继发磺脲类药物失效(SF)患者血清C肽及胰岛素水平变化。方法对比分析50例2型糖尿病继发SF患者与46例2型糖尿病磺脲类药物有效(NSF)患者的空腹及餐后2hC肽、胰岛素水平。结果SF组空腹及餐后2hC肽、胰岛素水平与NSF组相比,差别有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论2型糖尿病继发SF患者血清C肽及胰岛素水平降低,说明此类患者存在严重的胰岛B细胞功能障碍。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of C peptide(CP) and insulin(INS) levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus with secondary sulfonylureas failure (SF).Methods The comparative observation was conducted for the levels of INS and CP measured before and after 100 g bread meal test in 50 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with SF and 42 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with non-sulfonylureas failure (NSF).Results Compared with NSF group,the levels of INS and CP before and after 100 g bread meal test were significantly lower in SF group (P<0.05).Conclusion The functions of the islet B cells are seriously damaged in the type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with SF. |
