摘    要:本文对5种黄芩,即正品黄芩Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi,粘毛黄芩Scutellariaviscidula Bge.、甘肃黄芩Scutellaria rehderiana Diels、滇黄芩Scutellaria am-oena C.H.Wright及丽江黄芩Scutellaria Likiangensis Diels的25个样品,采用等离子体光谱法,测定了20种无机元素。其中镁、钙、钾为常量元素,铜、锌、铁、锰、镍、铬、钼、钒、锡、硒、硅等为人体必需的微量元素。并对不同品种、不同产地的黄芩中微量元素的分布及含量作了比较。

Abstract:Twenty elements have been determined by plasmas pectro- metry method in 25 samples of five species of Baicalensis, the traditional chinese medicine. In addition to those normal quantitative elements such as Magnesium, Calcium and potassium, there are Copper, Zinc, Iron, Manganese, Nickel, Chromium, Molybdenum, Vanadium, Selenium, Tin, Silicon, all these trace elements are essential for human health. The distribution and quantity of these trace elements of varied species of Bai- calensis from different places of origin have also been compared and ana- lysed.
