| 摘 要： | 介绍了与慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变有关的肿瘤相关基因，慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变与这些基因的结构改变与表达异常有关，包括原癌基因的高表达、抑癌基因的缺失、细胞凋亡基因的失活和凋亡抑制基因的激活等。论述了中医证型与相关基因的联系，从影响基因表达的角度论述了中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的相关机理。
