| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the mode of medication record used in training clinical pharmacists.Methods：The basic mode and contents of medication record for clinical pharmacists training were introduced and demonstrated by one case.Results and Conclusion：Writing medication record is of great importance in training clinical thinking and improving pharmacotherapy level in clinical pharmacists cultivation. |
