肿瘤标记物CA125检测对肺癌的诊断价值

目的:探讨肿瘤标记物CA125水平变化及其在肺癌诊断中的价值。方法:对已确诊的54例肺癌患者及29例良性肺部疾病患者的CA125浓度用电化学发光法进行检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:54例肺癌患者的CA125阳性率为55.17%,29例良性肺部疾病患者的CA125阳性率10.71%。可以得出:肺癌患者与肺良性病患者之间有显著性差异(P<0.005),CA125肺癌诊断特异性为87.5%,敏感性为55.17%。结论:检测血清中CA125水平的变化有助于肺部良恶性疾病的鉴别诊断,并可作为疗效及预后判断的指标。

Diagnosis value of CA125 in lung cancer

Objective:To study the level of tumor marker CA125 and the diagnosis value in lung cancer.Methods: Detecting the level of CA125 for 54 lung cancer patients and 29 lung disease patients by electrochemiluminescence(ECL).Results: The CA125 postive rate of 54 lung cancer patients was 55.17%,and the CA125 postive rate of 29 lung disease patients was 10.71%.P<0.05.The specificity and sensitivity of CA125 in diagnosing lung cancer were 87.55% and 55.17%.Conlusion: Detecting CA125 is usefal for the diagnose of lung cancer and lung disease.
