| 摘 要： | 为观察小儿肾病综合征(NS)泼尼松治疗前后外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)的凋亡变化,探讨泼尼松诱导细胞凋亡关系及其临床意义,对50例肾病综合征患儿分别在泼尼松治疗前和治疗后第2、4、6、8周采血,进行细胞凋亡形态观察,计算百分率。结果:治疗前凋亡率为(9.94±6.27)％;第2周为(17.30±5.83)％,第4周为(15.60±4.58)％,第6周为(13.60±6.06)％,第8周为(10.18±4.01)％。治疗前与治疗后2、4、6周比较,均P<0.01,差异有显著性;与第8周(减药2周后)比较,P>0.05,差异无显著性。提示NS患儿使用足量泼尼松治疗可诱导外周血PBMC细胞凋亡增加,也诱导大部分患儿病情缓解,当泼尼松减量后诱导细胞凋亡随之减少。观察外周血单个核细胞的细胞凋亡变化对观察NS的激素治疗有一定的临床意义。
