| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫法测定60例心血管病患儿的血浆心钠素,结果,在心功能不全,先天性心脏病、心肌炎者,明显高于正常组;心功能不全组明显高于非心功能不全组。非心功能不全的心血管疾患(如:先天性心脏病、心肌炎)之间无显著差异。说明血浆心钠素测定可作为心功能不全判断指标,并可指导治疗。

| Abstract: | This paper reports serum cardionatrin has been measured by radioimmunoassay in 60 childrenwith heart diease.The results in the congestive heart failure group,congenital heart disease andmyocarditits group are higher than that in the normal group and the difference between them is highlysignificant(P<0.001).Serum cardionatrin content determined in congestive heart failure group ismuch higher than that in the group in which congestive heart failure is not present and the differencebetween them is highly significant(P<0.001).The results demonstrates that the difference betweencongenital heart disease group and myocarditis group is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Itsuggests that serum cardionatrin not only could be selected as an approach for the diagnosis ofcongestive heart failure but also for therapeutics. |
