| 摘 要： | 目的探讨各类复杂纵隔肿瘤的外科治疗方法及特点。方法对13例复杂纵隔肿瘤患者的外科治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果取颈部低位领状(和胸骨半劈开)切口切除巨大胸骨后甲状腺肿6例;3例合并上腔静脉综合征患者分别行纵隔肿瘤切除、人工血管置换或自体心包修补术;再次手术完整切除纵隔肿瘤2例;手术治疗因肿瘤反复破溃引起纵隔感染、冻结2例。结论一些复杂纵隔肿瘤的手术难度及危险性较大,应根据不同情况,采取适当术式,以达到理想的治疗效果。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study various complicated mediastinal tumor surgical methods and summarize their characteristics.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the surgical methods of 13 complicated mediastinal tumors.Results 6 cases giant substernal goiter were treated by collar-thyroid-incision and partial upper median sternotomy.3 cases with superior vena cava syndrom were treated with tumor resection and artificial vessel replacement or auto pericardium suture.2 cases were second time surgery for entire resection of the mediastinal tumor.2 cases were treated for the mediastinitis which was caused by the repeated rupture of the mediastinal tumor.Conclusion The surgeries of some complicated mediastinal tumor have the characteristics of high risk and difficulty.The design of the surgery must be done according to their clinical characteristics. |
