消化系统肿瘤及炎症患者血清TSGF的检测及临床意义

目的　评价血清肿瘤相关物质 (TSGF)在消化系统恶性肿瘤诊断中的临床意义。方法　以正常人、急或慢性消化系统炎症和消化系统良性肿瘤患者作对照 ,测定了多种消化系统恶性肿瘤患者血清TSGF的含量。结果　各种恶性肿瘤患者之间血清TSGF的水平无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但均明显高于正常人组、慢性炎症组及良性肿瘤组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而与急性炎症组无显著性差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　TSGF是鉴别良性和恶性肿瘤的可靠指标 ,对消化系统恶性肿瘤的诊断有一定的临床价值。

Detection and clinical significance of serum TSGF in patients with tumor and with inflammation of digestive system

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of serum tumor supplied group of factor(TSGF) in diagnosing malignant tumor of digestive system. Methods The TSGF concentration was detected in patients with malignant tumor of digestive system, while patients with benign tumor , acute or chronic inflammation of digestive system and healthy persons were selected as control groups. Results The level of TSGF had no difference between malignant tumor groups ( P >0.05), but in malignant tumor groups was obviously higher than that in benign tumor group, chronic inflammation group and that in normal group( P <0.01),and had no difference in acute inflammation group( P >0.05). Conclusion TSGF is helpful for distinguishing patients with malignant tumor from with benign tumor and has certain clinical value in diagnosing malignant tumor of digestive system.
