家兔副神经缺损模型的建立

摘    要:目的 模拟根治性颈淋巴清扫术,建立家兔副神经缺损模型,为研究副神经修复方法提供动物模型.方法 应用成年家兔寻找并游离副神经后,行神经电图检查验证,制备副神经缺损,应用不同神经移植方法修复.结果 家兔副神经解剖位置比较恒定,寻找容易,可以按设计术式完成不同修复方法.结论 应用家兔制备副神经缺损.为临床研究根治性颈淋巴清扫术中,副神经的修复方法,提供了较好的动物模型.

Abstract:Objective To simulate radical neck dissection and to establish the model of rabbits spinal accessory nerve defects for studying nerve repair methods.Methods Spinal accessory nerve in mature rabbits was found and electroneurograph test was used to identify the nerve. Different nerve graft methods were used to repair the spinal accessory nerve defects.Results and conclusion The model of rabbits spinal accessory nerve defects was useful for studying different repair methods of accessory nerve defects during radical neck dissection.
