| 摘 要： | 目的探讨白内障手术复明医疗队活动的围手术期配合。方法围绕小切口白内障囊外摘出 人工晶状体植入手术的术前、术中、术后的护理配合。结果每例手术均在6～15分钟完成。术后第2日裸眼视力0.5～1.2者513眼(82.88%);<0.5者106眼(17.12%),其中<0.05者3眼(2.83%);0.05～0.25者20眼(18.86%)。脱盲率为99.51%,脱残率为96.28%。结论大型白内障复明手术医疗队活动时,手术配合与保障手术顺利完成有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing method around surgery in medical squadron of sight restoring for cataract. Methods Nursing for cases of cataract around small incision ECCE and IOL implantation. Results Most surgery time was 6-15 minutes. 2 days after surgery, 82.88% (513 eyes) had a vision of 0.5-1.2; 17.12% ( 106 eyes ) had a vision less than 0.5, which included 3 eyes less than 0.05 and 20 eyes between 0.05-0.25.99.51% of the cases had been out of blindness and 96.28% got a bread-and-butter vision.Conclusion Using proper nursing method is important in medical squadron of sight restoring for cataract. |
